I originally came to get service on my 2015 Honda Accord but due to time constraints with what my car needed I was going to need to come back, so I decided to see what the car itself was worth as I was dabbling with the idea of upgrading to a new car. That’s where salesman ace stepped in. He quickly gathered the info for my accord and I shared some input on what I was looking for. He took note of the style I wanted and while he didn’t have one right then and there he worked hard to deliver it within a few days.Upon the car arriving a few days later, it did have a minor scratch that we pointed out to ace, he was quick to get a solution to the problem and we ended up getting it touched up at honda later that week.Would also like to give a quick shoutout to joe in financing as there was a mishap with the paperwork the first time but he walked me through everything and was quick to correct and get me the paperwork needed.Ace and how made the experience of buying a new car as easy as it could be. That’s why I bought my last 3 cars from coggin in st augustine(my last 2 and my wife’s car)

Labor Day 2021stopped at Honda. Six months later took delivery of a 2022 RIdgeline Sport.The diligence of JC Caroul made this a reality. Myself being a former ball player, this was hitting a game winning homer. Better yet a Grand Slam.10 stars to JC Caroul. It ain't over till its over (Yogi-ism).
