I had a great experience here. Aaron was my salesperson and he did an excellent job, he was truthful about what would happen once we committed to purchasing the car. Aaron followed through on what he said he would do and I appreciate that. I would also like to mention that the finance guy (can’t remember his name)was awesome. He stayed late for us and not once did he make us feel rushed, he gave us honest information about the extended warranties available without making us feel pressured to purchase one. Overall great experience.

I had to get my dead car battery jumped at home to get it started and called the Coggin Honda of Saint Augustine service department to see if they could replace my battery that day. Angela Hardie was able to work me into her schedule on short notice. She explained everything to me and showed me other items that needed to be done in my Accord coupe, including a safety recall. The car is running great now. I bought my car new at this dealership and have it serviced there. People like Angela and Joe in the service department ensure that I will continue to do so.
