Service technician who wrote up the service order was wonderful.The service was done correctly and in the time period expected. Car was even detailed, very nice! However, the person who greeted us at the door when we arrived was grumpy. He let us know how they were way too busy and gave the impression that our need was trivial (crystal fusion). We had called that morning to see if we could make the service appointment and we’re told to just bring it in. This is the second time in a row this person left us with a bad taste. Not a great representative for Coggin Honda.

Everything went well and in a timely manner. We thank Jessie and her team for their professional approach to the service for our Honda. Thanks, too, for the Datil carwash voucher.
