I had my Pilot serviced on a Saturday to which I received excellent service from Jeremy, my service advisor. My vehicle ran as expected. I did not drive the Pilot Sunday. On Monday afternoon, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with all kinds of warnings. I called the Service department Tuesday morning and an employee passing by the service desk noticed the phone was ringing and picked it up. She passed along my concerns to Debbie who made an appointment for me that morning. I met Jeremy upon arrival and my Pilot was taken to service to determine the issue. It was a misfire on one of the cylinders. Jeremy told me that all the fuel injectors needed to be replaced and the best news of all, that the repair was under warranty. He was able to get me a loaner car so I could go to work. The repair was completed that day! I have the choice to go to a Honda dealership in Jacksonville, which is a bit closer to my home. However, I always choose Coggin Honda of St. Augustine because the service is exemplary, the employees kind and caring. Thank you to Jeremy and everyone involved in keeping my vehicle running smoothly and safely!

I was only a few miles from my Honda Dealership when I couldn't start my Honda Odyssey due to my battery being 'dead'. I called the Service Department at Honda and they quickly sent someone with a small charger to start my car and who then followed me to the Honda Dealership to get a new battery. The person that I had contacted in the Service Department quickly got me in and out in a very short time and I was so thankful.

They worked very hard to give me the car I wanted in the budget I needed. I had been to two other dealerships and was close to giving up because I wasn’t satisfied with my choices/costs. These guys got me in the car I wanted and I know that wasn’t easy. So appreciative for Honda of Saint Augustine!!
