Debbie was a top notch service rep. She took the time to answer a few questions about my new 2021 Passport & assist me in setting up the text function on my dashboard. Kudos to Debbie for her good nature & willingness to assist us.

Angela in the service department always takes excellent care of me. She is always good to thoroughly go over all that needs to be done to my car. Last visit I got in and out pretty fast.

James was great! He was straightforward and honest. Really helpful. We couldn’t find the color we wanted on an Accord Sport so we went with the Accord Touring. James spent a lot of time showing us features and benefits if our vehicle.

Quick and efficient

Service was good. The only issue I have is I asked that they put windshield washer fluid in and she said they would do that when they checked the fluids. Well they did put water in it. It's not windshield washer fluid. So now every time, which is every day living at the beach, I spray my washer fluid it just smears it all over the windshield.

This is the second Honda that I bought from Coggin in St. Augustine. I can’t express enough how amazing James is in sales. He is not pushy but tries to understand what you are looking for and how to suit your needs. I specifically ask for him when it comes to sales. He is the very best!!!In finance, Augustine, John, and Dave were all awesome. Last time around I dealt with Samba in finance and he was amazing too! I highly recommend all of them but especially James!
