I had a great experience. I called about half an hour prior to going to the dealership and shortly thereafter I received a text and an email about the person who was going to serve me. By the time I arrive there the car that I wanted to test drive was already parked and ready for me to test drive. The Personnel was very welcoming and courteous. the sale person Mr. Tariq Sagri did an excellent job and was very patient with me. Cormic was a pleasure to work with and did everything to make the purchase of my 2014 Toyota Avalon go smoothly, including delightful conversation as we did have a long wait to get the paperwork completed. That 1+ hour wait was a real disappointment. I did not appreciate the "dealer fee" of $799 being added to my invoice as the dealer fees are not the norm for the places I've shopped. Another $98 "Private Tag Agency Charge" was another surprise. Wished I'd noticed all this in the beginning and negotiated them out of my final purchase price. Made my deal, not a great deal after all. Other than that, I was pleased with the atmosphere of this dealership and would recommend it to others and would return again myself.
