Timely and professional

The car was done very nicely and was clean when returned. Everyone was friendly and efficient even through the holiday push. My only complaint which turned out well was that when I dropped the car off I requested that the air pressure in the spare tire be checked. When I went to pickup the car and I asked if it was checked I was told they don't do that but on the service sheet the way I read it the indication was that was done. However Steve saved the day with his excellent service. After being told that the spare wasn't checked, I started to tell him I had cleared out he trunk and was going to say I would vacuum the truck before reloading it. But before I could finish he volunteered to check the spare. He checked it, It was very low and so he drove it to the service bay filled it and came back still smiling. All this and right at closing. He deserves a personal service award so thanks again Steve.

Service was fine. Tire pressure gauge had to be recalibrated twice after a tire rotation.

I had A-1 service on my Honda Ridgeline. I am new to the area, so first time at Coggin. The service was more efficient than my West coast experience at my Honda dealership in Washington.
