The rep wasn't as friendly or engaging as those I've dealt with in the past. The service was prompt and the issues were explained satisfactorily . I've been bringing my car to this dealership for several years so I have prior experiences to compare to.

Our 2019 CRV was due for service. I used the online request for an appointment and they gave me one for the next hour. I dropped the car off for the scheduled service and I received a phone call when it was completed. Very efficient and no time wasted.

Had my 2018 Honda Odyssey in for routine service. Arrived and spoke with Carl who was terrific. He took down all of my information and had my vehicle in the service bay in minutes. The techs serviced my vehicle and I was on my way in about an hour. Great service and friendly staff as always!
