Everything was first class.

I started my car buying journey online and didn’t expect to have to go to a dealership at all. Fortunately, though, the original car I was interested in was no longer available and I needed to interact with a salesperson more directly. Diana texted me to let me know the first car was already sold and asked what my criteria was for considering alternatives. She ultimately suggested an entirely different type of vehicle that is more in my budget, bigger overall, better-suited to my outdoorsy lifestyle and a manual transmission to boot! I couldn’t be happier with my new (older) Subaru Forester. Jeff made it possible to get the financing approved all the way to success and Samba kindly walked me through all of the seemingly endless paperwork efficiently and graciously. Though there were a few minor repairs necessary, I had a flawless experience with Deb in the Service Department and am grateful they were able to fix everything quickly and easily. I can’t give this dealership and the overall team more than five stars, however, I’m definitely giving them kudos, praise and infinity thumbs up! This was my first car-buying experience as an independent person and I feel blessed to have been treated so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Colorado bound now with plenty of room for my skis, longboard and cats!

It is always a pleasure to work with the staff at Coggin Honda! This last time I had a problem with making my appointment because work changed my day off to a day earlier. I thought great this is such short notice I'm probably going to have to cancel my appointment all together. However, when I called and explain my situation they worked me in so that I wouldn't have to cancel my appointment. Jessie took great care of me while I waited for my car to be finished. She provided me with updates on my car and told me if I had any questions or needed anything all I had to do is reach out to her. In fact, everyone that I come into contact at Coggin Honda are very personable and they're always willing to help me with any problem that I have with my car. My husband and I have bought all our Honda cars to in your St Augustine place on US1. We have no words to tell you how grateful we are for your service and how your people have always accomodated to our needs, specially Angela Hires, who has always gone the extra mile to make sure we don't leave any repairs unchecked when we bring our Honda Fit for repairs. As we are in our 90's, having an interested, responsible employee as Angela has made our quality of life much safer. Thank you Honda!

Service was excellent

We had our mirror replaced under warrantee and it took a very little time to wait for it to be installed. There were a lot of folks checking in at the same time and we were taken care of as quickly as possible. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Great experience. Carl is always on top of things and keeps us updated the whole way through.

Love it. The only criticism is that it did not come with a spare tire. I know there is no place in the vehicle to permanently store one but when going on a long trip we would take with us. We do have triple A but if I am driving alone at night I would call my husband - don't trust anyone else in that situation. We will buy a spare but a vehicle that cost us over $42,000, I feel should have one. We were told there was no bargaining on new vehicles. So giving us a spare would have been a nice gesture.
