The problem identification and repair work was excellent and professional, as always. I had a scheduled appointment because I heard a loud consistent noise in the passenger rear end that started around 35 miles an hour. It was an hour and 40 mins. before my car was even taken for a test drive so the sound could be identified. The wait seemed long for a scheduled appointment. I've got to take a star away for that wait.
