Michael was great, helpful, respectful and friendly. All qualities I appreciate. His supporting cast not so much. I found Joe, the other Coggin Representative to be the opposite, he was dismissive, condescending and accusatory. Separate concern, I made an online appointment, arrived 40 minutes early for an oil change, approx 2 hours after my scheduled time my car service was completed Michael's refreshing, new employee, eager to please customer service attitude made my experience bearable. I hope he continues to provide this level of service.

Excellent service, personable efficient

Got 4 new tires plus the balance & alignment. Other than the long wait of 2 1/2 hours the service was excellent. Waiting area is comfortable and I always manage to purchase a few greeting cards. It's the only place I know that carries that particular line of cards! Appreciate the snacks too. Also appreciate the Multi-Point Inspection each time. Love my CR-V. I've had it 8 years and always bring it to your facility for service. Keep up the good work!

As usual I was treated like royalty by Debi and was very please with the quality of the service that I received. I will continue to get my van serviced at this dealership because of the service writers that they have. Very professional and caring.

Great service

Highly satisfied with actual service, but disappointed that it took over two hours to complete an oil change. I live in Jacksonville less than 3 miles from a Honda dealer. Since I purchased my car in St Augustine, I thought I give you my maintenance business also. But this is my last trip to St Augustine. An hour travel time each way and two hours to change my oil isn’t worth the trip.
