Kept up to date on service the whole time I was there

Debra H. was extremely informative, cooperative (I had my mind made up about what I wanted in a new car) , she found the exact car I wanted, color, style and the upgrades. Augustine, the new car sales manager, worked with me to get the price I could afford to pay with the up grades I wanted. We could not be more delighted with the 2025 CRV Sport hybrid.This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Honda St. Augustine.

Did not have an appointment but used express service, everything was great. Had Carl as a service rep. Went over to new cars while I was there, Deb showed me a new CRV and we talked, very nice lady and informative.
