My oil change was done efficiently and in a timely manner, especially since you are short staffed at this time. I was given a ride home and picked up which was so nice, I didn't have to sit there and wait. Recommendations of future work were helpful. Thank you for your professionalism.

The service department specialist Angela is very helpful, stay on top of issues, response to questions and is very nice to work with. She went out of her way to make sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. The entire service team was very helpful.

We were having a starter issue, so after AAA came to our house and charged us we drove straight to Coggins. It wouldn't start after we turned the engine off. We got there well after five, but they squeezed us in and by 7 we were on our way home with a new battery. The service department there always listens to my concerns and takes care of us in a fair amount of time at a good price. I couldn't be happier.

Service is always excellent at Coggin Honda St. Augustine. Angela goes above and beyond to engage in conversation, provides detailed information on service needs and pricing and does whatever possible to make it a fast and accurate service experience.

Cormic was very nice and seems to be a pleasant people's person. The finance manager was also very nice and appears to be very knowledgeable which is a plus when you have many questions
