The service department representatives were welcoming and courteous. I did, however, mention that my car needed windshield wiper fluid. My car lets me know when fluids are low. I was told that it would be filled, as part of the normal maintenance. After leaving, the message appeared again. It was not done. I purchased my own fluid and filled it myself.
