My car was taken in for service right away. Even though I am giving a 5 star rating, I feel the 1+ hour wait for an oil change - with an appt - was a little too long! Also, no one went over the analysis of my auto which included brakes which in on one page stated the condition was fair yet on another page stated needed immediate attention. Brakes are important so which is it. In any case, I scheduled them to be serviced tomorrow. I think your loss of Cheyvon is a big loss. I went to him for years and found him to be a 5 star employee.

I have been using Coggin Honda in St Augustine since I purchased my first CRV in 2003. Even though I haven’t bought my cars from your dealership, I have always used your service department. Staff are attentive and responsive to my needs or questions. Service department is reliable and I believe honest.

I made an appointment to take off the locking lugs. I was met promptly and within an hour the job was completed. No hassle. I was only charged for labor.

Even though the service department was over booked and very busy the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Good overall experience. The only issues I had were: 1) Trying to determine whether or not my car was finished after 9 hours. I eventually called and texted about 40 minutes before their service department was closed to say I was on my way. I then got a response that it was done. 2.) A few days later when I put gas in my car, the fuel gauge never changed so I had to take it back to them to fix. Thankfully, they were very quick to get me in and get it corrected. Customer service was good.

Debbie is always a great service advisor and makes sure I understand what my car needs and why it needs it. I always have confidence in the service team that my vehicle is in great hands!
