I was pleased by the work that the mechanic did when I brought my car in to have the fuel pump replaced per a Honda recall. I was not pleased by the fact that I had been told prior to bringing in my car that the fuel pump was in the back of the car and therefore the trunk and back seats had to be empty. In order to comply with that, I removed everything from the back of the car. Much to my dismay, when my car was returned to me, I discovered that the things that I had on the front passenger seat had been moved to the trunk. When I questioned the woman at the service desk about that, she replied curtly that the fuel pump for my car was in the front middle, thus necessitating the removal of my belongings. I am upset that i was given incorrect information and that a stranger handled my belongings.
