Service provided by Julie was excellent!

Carl, our service consultant, and Kurt, the service technician, were outstanding. They helped identify the reasons for the random, recurring engine shuddering in our 2016 Odyssey that had been ongoing for at least 2 years. We had brought the van in before to have the issue fixed but the problem was not present at that time, and the previous service consultant told us we would have to bring it in while the issue was happening. My wife drove to Coggin Honda of St Augustine late in the day while the issue was occurring after being told that no appointments were available; however, when she drove in and explained the situation, they helped her immediately so they can witness the issue. Kurt got in the van with her and drove around the block and was able to witness the issue. Kurt then plugged in his computer to review the error codes and diagnose the source. Kurt seemed to be confident it was the 5th clutch transmission pressure switch but wanted to verify it before doing the repair. Carl/Kurt told my wife that no damage was being done to the van and that she could bring it back in on Saturday so Kurt could check a few more things our and verify the diagnosis. My wife scheduled a followup appointment for Saturday, and we both brought it in that Saturday. On Saturday, Carl/Kurt helped my wife immediately and 1.5 hours later the switch/sensor had been replaced. Carl/Kurt were great and listened to my wife. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Much appreciated!

Had a great experience. Took my car in for an oil change. They were quick considering the number of people that were there. There was a comfortable waiting area with snacks and a tv. Carl was great!

Early arrival (7:20 am) to start the day, courteous service and very clean and comfortable waiting area. Service was pretty quick and everything explained. Purchased car here 2 years ago and always very happy with the service. During heavy/early covid-19 they even drove customers to nearby establishments for coffee/snacks since they had to stop serving their own. Highly recommended!
