They fixed the problem. They let me know about other things with the car that eventually need fixed. All good.

I was disappointed that it took over 90 minutes, past my appointment time for my car to be pulled into the service bay to be worked on. This is the first time that there has been such a large lag time to even have the car put on the rack. I was told that the service department is going through some organizational changes and I am hopeful that they will have them resolved prior to my next appointment. Perhaps its staffing issues or the scheduling process needs to to be reviewed, or both.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2024 Honda Ridgeline. Normally you deal with at least one difficult person when buying your car, but I was thankful to have avoided that. My salesperson was Tim, he was very nice, transparent and detailed oriented which I appreciated and feel like more car salesmen should be this way. I also worked with AL who was also so kind and transparent about the whole proccess. AL did not try to intimedate me like most other sales people do, instead he listened and tried to help me make the best decision or for myself. John was another person I met, he was lovely and I enjoyed conversating with him and thought he was a huge help in my buying proccess. Finally I met Somba ( I apologize if I spelled the name wrong). He was SO kind and made signing papers not feel so stressful, he took his time to walk me through everything and made me feel confident in what I was doing. As someone who has invested a lot of time into studying the cultures of companies and working on making a business's culture better, I can confidently say you are lucky to have every single one of these people. You can fix and teach anyone a job or a skill but you simply cannot teach emotional intelligence which all of these men have. Thank you Honda for the wonderful experience.
