the girl at checkout was very nice

Professional, courteous, prompt. Great service by Joe every time!

My experience was as good as it always is with Coggin Honda. Service Advisor, Chhivon Vey , is always very helpful. He is knowledgeable and explains everything to me. I trust him totally. He is honest and tells me what I need and don’t need to make sure that my Honda Accord is running the best that it can.

Fast and professional service!

Excellent service we’re willing to work me 100%!!!

Your service department was awesome as always. I switched from Coggin Jacksonville to your dealer to service our three Honda Vehicles due to your attention to detail and responsible service department. Keep up the great work and stay safe!

Very easy to make my appointment for my oil change. Once there Jessie Kenton got my car serviced and I was very pleased with my experience. I had to wait for my car so I enjoyed watching the movie that was being shown.

Albennes greeted us as we were walking the show lot. After explaining what Honda vehicle we desired, we went inside to talk further. He and his supervisor sat down with us to LISTEN and to talk. After our conversation and exchange of information, we came to an agreement. One on the best car buying experience I’ve had.

Jessie who took care of me was excellent, as was Debbie, who took my original call. The service was quick and efficient. My only concern is that I thought the fob was having battery issues, but they told me the battery is fine, however, I received a nice email from someone in service to tell me if I continue to have problems with the push start feature to come back and I was also offered a complimentary engine battery check. I’m new to St. Augustine from MD, and Coggin Honda is great!

Angela was very kind and very professional.
