We new what used cars we wanted to see when we came to the dealership. Dia immediately brought the cars around for us to look at and test drive. She was great and did not pressure us to purchase . The only thing I wish went a little quicker was when she had to take it to her manager for approval and then the financing process. I felt like we were there way too long. That process needs to be quicker. We decided on a car working 45 min but the test took hours. But I will say Dia and James were great. Beth Brooks

Terrific customer service from James Paul. He was extremely knowledgeable and never pushed us to consider a car we weren’t interested in. In the end, we upgraded to a CRV-Touring which we’re very happy with. The man he worked with on the cost was fantastic. I think we were all satisfied the deal was fair.
