I recently visited Coggin Honda in response to a recall on my 2019 Pilot. My service advisor was Chhivon Vey, He booked the appointment for me, was there when I arrived, and spoke with me several times throughout my wait for the repair, which was merely 2 software updates. Chhivon gets an A+ in both Customer Service and Professionalism. My experience with Coggin Honda has been first rate in every way, from my salesman James Paul in 2019 to the folks in the Service Department like Chhivon in 2020. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was a walk-in for a $5k service. They took my vehicle in right away, came back about half-an-hour later and said all was good. And to my surprise, having bought the vehicle there, our 1st service was free...totally unheard of these days. Plus I was given a coupon for a free wash at a local auto wash w/in 30 days.
