Excellent service.

The service advisor was very helpful and friendly. Carl showed me exactly what was needing to be repaired. He even had the mechanic who was working on my car explain what was needed. I left the dealership feeling very satisfied.

I have rated only 1 person and that's Angela. After numerous visits to correct a TPMS error after an accident I had in a parking lot in August, Angela is the ONLY one who took the time (almost 2 hours while also taking excellent care of other customers):to finally resolve the issue. I spent many times bringing the car in prior to this last visit and I was treated rudely by another customer service person as well as being treated rudely by the service manager richard. Granted, I was rude first but he is the manager and he handled the situation very poorly and did nothing to remedy the problem sooner.

My oil change was completed very timely but I waited twice as long for someone to come and give me the keys and paperwork. There were several people in the waiting area with no masks on so I sat outside.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived, was asked the what service I needed.My service person spoke to me in a knowlegeable friendly manner.My service was done quickly and the results were reviewed by my service adviser,and I was escorted to my vechicle.This was a good experience at this dealership,as has been the same as all the other experiences have since I started with this dealership begining in 2011.
