I arrived early and my assigned advisor was at lunch but I was checked in immediately and work began and that it might take up to two hours. When Chhivon came back from lunch, he introduced himself. About a half hour later he said my work was done. We went over the results and I was on my way. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a service center. We went over what work will be needed in the future without any pressure to get it done that day. I appreciated the approach and courtesy Chhivon showed and his professionalism in taking care of me. Thank you.

A very good experience, clean, safe & fair. Carl was my representative, who was courteous, walked me back out to my car & explained the findings.
