The technical work completed was done well. It was completed on time and I was kept informed at every step. My service rep was excellent.

I am overall pleased with the experience...believe I received a fair deal. The proof to me will be in the maintenance service appointments, which I expect to be professional.

The service department at Coggin is excellent. I have been there several times, every time I pull up in the service bay someone is there to greet me. My car is check in quickly and I'm either on my way home (thanks to friendly coggin transport) or I am seated in the comfortable waiting area. I am always given updates either by text or in person, my time is treated with the utmost respect. Thank you.

The service was quick and efficient! It only took about 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation.

Work done in a reasonable time/ Like my service manager Chhivon who gives me good info on what was done and what needs to be done in the future. As a senior,I also appreciated that all clients and employees were wearing masks.
