Great Job

Went in for a recall, very friendly and fast service.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Was able to get right in and the time to complete the job was as expected. Was pleased to see they did a detailed multi point inspection and even included a free car wash (at a local car wash). The representative that took care of me at the end (I believe Beth) was super friendly and quick at getting me back on my way.

Deborah in service reception and Jeff in the service dept. gave excellent care for my car and my time.

Great experience, Cliff Worrell was very helpful, he explained everything about the vehicle, I don't recall every ones name, the young man that did the final paper work was excellent and very knowledgeable. my dog is very happy with the room to move around and the ease of entry and exit.

The service people are as always very efficient and friendly. It is a bit of confidence realizing that the same service advisors and attendants have been there for many years and you get to know all of them by name. Very little turn over in that department is reassuring.

Angela was excellent! She was friendly & very professional. We felt that she really cared about doing a great service for us!

The service tech that handled our visit is an asset to the Coggin family. He kept us informed the entire visit.
