I purchased my current Honda CRV at the end of December, 2019. With the COVID - 19 restrictions nd concerns, I drove my care sparingly . Recently I took my vehicle in for an oil change based on time, not miles. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and informed that since this was my first oil change, it would be free. ... a nice surprise. When asked when I needed my car back, I responded that I was in no hurry and was informed it would be ready mid afternoon. To my surprise, I received a phone c all about an hour later telling me my car was ready....another nice surprise. I have purchased five CRVs from Coggin St. Augustine over the past several yeasr. I continue to return to Coggin because of the quality of the product and the outstanding service I receive I receive.

Everything at Coggin Honda St Augustine was a 10 out of 10. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and friendly. Al who we have dealt with before was his usual self. He knows his stuff and is extremely helpful with all the questions we had. Augustine was there for other questions. Pat was a hoot and made the most painful part (finance) as comfortable and enjoyable as it could be. Again all questions were answered. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks to them I'm driving a new Honda Passport elite.
