Service Representative was cordial, knowledgeable, and I believe honest in explaining mechanic's advice regarding service needed on my vehicle. She is a credit to your company!

I have been going to Coggin’s Honda of St Augustine for many years now and I wouldn’t go anyplace. The staff is very polite and go out if their way to accommodate you. I always go to the same Customer Service staff every time I need work din on my card. I do that because he made a good impression on me the first time I was there. His name is Chhivon Vey. He is very knowledgeable to say the least. He is polite, respectful and a real pleasure to work with when it comes to my car. He goes out if his way to make sure that I am comfortable and that my car is well cared for. He explains to me what work is being done to my car. I know that my car will be taken and as a single woman, I will not have unnecessary work done on my car. I trust Coggin Honda of St Augustine and Chhivon to take good care of my automotive needs.

5... Von was very helpful. I was getting my Mom's car serviced... I live in VA and my mom is in her late 80's... so there were some challenges.. but Von made the process seamless... my husband has been a service manager at a GMC dealership for over 30 years so I know what good service is... Von was awesome!
