Overall we had a great experience with buying our 2020 Pilot. The sales person was great and was very flexible to work with. We had some misinformation with The Finance team that we are still working through but hope we can get a positive outcome.

The service advisors at Coggin have always been helpful and efficient. I am only rating 4 stars instead of 5 because not all employees had their masks fully covering their face when I went in. I would have rather dealt with my advisor outside if I had known not everyone was wearing a mask (my advisor was). Sign was on door for customers, so employees should follow too. Not a "touchless" or "contactless" drop off as other dealerships advertise , so if you're not going to go that route, need to make sure our closer interactions are covered/protected.
