My experience was awesome as it usually is. Angela is amazing and is always willing to go through the details with me and even talk with my husband over the phone when I don’t quite understand everything or am unsure if I should follow through with all of the recommendations beyond what I have come in for. On another note I was pretty sure that masks were required based on what was stated on your website and everyone except 1 guy (the man whose desk is next to Debbies, I can not remember his name as he has never been my advisor) was not wearing it and then when he put it on he had his nose fully exposed. If you have a rule as such no one should be exempt regardless of what their beliefs are regarding Covid-19. I stood outside for the 45 minutes while the work was being done on my car.

My experience was wonderful, Joe was very attentive to the fact that I needed help and was right there to make my time there as easy as possible even helping me to my car when it was finished. One thing tho, as I drove home, there was a large Oil can symble in the middle of where the odomiter is and I didnt know how to remove it so I called back and one of the sales people (Chris I think) helped and within sconds it was back to the way it was. thanks to all
