Rich Robbins understood my purchasing method and worked diligently to meet my every need. He was great with communication skills and met my stick requirements for a timely execution of proposal, contract, and delivery. I have recommended him to several people already this week.

Coggin Honda was great. When we moved from Miami we took our CR-V for service there. So when we looked to buy a new SUV, Coggin was the dealership to go to. We bought a new Pilot. Coggin was great, We will bring our Pilot there for service. They have always been courteous and friendly and their work great. The dealership was clean and everyone wore masks so no one was exposed to COVID-19. We thank them for the great deal.

My service provider, Angela, is polite, knowledgeable and always able to answer all my questions. The techs seem equally knowledgeable. I've never had a problem with service.

Had a 5 star experience at Honda of St Augustine. Chhivon Vey did a great job, had to have a new a/c put in and thought it was going to cost $2000 but he & I did some research and found was under warranty. They installed in one day, plus I was given a loaner to use. Great job and good personel, keep up the good work. Will return for service again.

After routine service where I asked that the left front tire be checked for leaks it came back OK. Within two weeks the leak appeared again on the left rear tire since the tires were rotated during the routine service. I returned to get the tire checked and a roofing nail was found to be the problem and the tire was patched. Other than the inconvenience of having to return, the service agent was courteous and helpful and the timing for completion was good.
