The purchase of a new vehicle came up totally unexpectedly for me and for my circumstances. As a loyal Honda customer for over 25 years, I have had great success with my long term ownership of Honda Civics. However, as a retired single person on a fixed income, I did have many questions and needed more assistance than most new vehicle purchasers. I did have my 3 sons jump into the mix with their questions and insights t help. My salesperson and the staff at Coggin Honda were very patient and extremely helpful in sorting out what I needed to know in walking through the purchase process. They really listened to my felt needs and this was very reassuring. All has gone well with my new HR-V purchase and I continue to appreciate the service I receive at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine.
