Ace Facunda was terrific and made what can be a painful experience very pleasant! I tend to be cautious with dealerships, so my wife and I did not come prepared to buy a car, only to look at a used Honda Odyssey. But after working with Ace, I'm convinced he is what every used car salesman should be—honest, caring, and wants to give an honestly good deal. It was as though I'd gotten a new friend, not just a salesman. He was respectful of our budget and was willing to take all offers for consideration. John Condon was the Used Car Manager and he gave us a very good deal. Ace wasn't able to be there the next day when we came back and his partner Tariq Sagri took over seamlessly, helping to get a relay fixed, and my wife and I are very happy with the outcome. Performed all scheduled maintenance, but did not solve the problem with Android Auto. When the phone is not connected to the car, it performs correctly. When it is connected, 'Hey Google' does not do what is requested. A request to take me to Coggin Auto results in whom do you want to text?

I could not be any happier with the service I received from your dealership! I was traveling from out of state (NC) and my car broke down on I-95 about 12 miles from you. I had to have my car towed in because my alternator went out. I spoke with Jessie in the service depot and she was a gem! So kind and courteous! She had suggested a towing company for me and allowed me to have my car examined as soon as it arrived so the service team could diagnose the issue and determine if I needed a rental car or not. Turns out there weee a few other issues with the car besides the alternator so she fixed me up with a rental and said they would call me once my car was ready. I was still 3 hours from my destination so having the rental car readily available was huge so I could at least get to my destination that evening. The service man (Robert) was terrific as well! He took me back and showed me the things that he suggested need fixing on my vehicle. Made me feel like comfortable by doing this because many dealers just want your money and tell you all the “problems” with your car or what’s recommended but never actually show you and tell you why some of the things are necessary. Jessie notifies me as soon as the car was ready and I made the 3 hour trip back to exchange the rental car for my car. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and felt confident that I wouldn’t have any other issues for my 11 hour trip back home. The car drove great and I am very pleased! It is so easy to get your car serviced at Coggins in St. Augustine. I picked a date and time and they were right there to check me in and get my car in the bay. Everyone is professional and doesn't do service that is not needed. I recommend Coggins for all service on your Honda.
