From the time you call to make an appointment to the final completion of my vehicle service, they are very cordial, knowledgeable and answer any and all of my questions, making sure that my service of my vehicle is all taken care of to my upmost satisfaction and their service representatives are to be recognized and commended in their customer service.

Everyone was kind and worked quickly to get us in and out. I couldn't give 5 stars because the experience started with our desired used car feeling like a bait car. When we arrived it was claimed to be used as a loaner car but we were told over the phone it was on site. Mysteriously it appeared and we bought it. You say trust in your slogan but we felt mistrust from beginning. We love our car but hate dishonesty

Service agent was excellent with her knowledge and manner dealing with customers. Agent provided instructions via internet to provide bluetooth instructions for customer useage issues. Service was completed in a timely manner and work completed was very good. I will continue to get all auto service and repairs at Coggin Honda since my purchase of car here in 2012.
