I had my Pilot towed from Jacksonville to Coggin Honda St Augustine because of flashing transmission and emissions warning indicators. We purchased the car at this location so opted to take it to this dealership instead of the closer Honda Avenues location. I discussed the issues I experienced with the service tech, Joe. Once he identified the cause, he was very detailed explaining the problem to both my husband and again to me when I picked up my car later that evening. We’ve frequented this location numerous times for oil changes and other services in addition to the purchase of a certified pre-owned Pilot. I highly recommend Coggin Honda St. Augustine.
