My wife has health issues that cause us to have to change our schedules very quickly. I had to re schedule our appointment three times with Honda of St Augustine and all were very accommodating. I was waited almost two hours for my car but watched a movie, had snacks and was treated very nicely by my service rep. They have a courtesy car but I chose to wait at the dealership. I feel confident my car is being cared for properly. Thanx
