I noticed my sunroof glass was not seating completely on one side and stopped by to arrange an appointment to get it fixed. I came in late in the afternoon, without an appointment, and the service personnel and mechanic were able to address and fix the issue within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. they will stop and explain any questions you may have.

Our salesman was outstanding. He never pressured us and truly understood the ins and outs of the car especially the high tech aspects. Our Honda CRV, while in the hands of St. Augustine friends, suffered an air conditioning breakdown which Joe in Customer Service had evaluated for us. He did all we asked him to do and adapted himself to our situation. We truly appreciate his attention to our problem. In the end, we declined to have the service performed at this time due to unrelated circumstances . But we will continue to recommend Coggin Honda to friends in the St. Augustine area.

Both Angela Harding and the technician were very helpful especially because it was a stressful day with the recent death of my mother in law. We needed the car travel worthy to make the trek to Alabama and back with a three year old and a pregnant daughter. They helped move a car seat twice to the loaner car and back and when I was shown the problem they answered my questions simply. It was way more than I intended to pay but issues had risen up and needed to be taken care of and praise the Lord, I had the finances to pay. I do appreciate both of their help.
