J Caroul has provided excellent service every time I sign a new lease. Have been a customer since 1998. Love my new 2019 . On my way home in less than 11/2 hours. J.Caroul explained everything to me about new features and answered all my questions. He has well deserved an excellent rating.

Our battery died at 1pm in the afternoon. We had the battery jumped and drove to Coggin immediately. They said our battery needed to be replaced. We stated that we also need oil changed, etc. We thought they would install the new battery and make an appointment for the other work that needed to be done. Instead, two hours later our car was ready and ALL work was done. This is my second dealing with Coggin and I am very impressed with their efficient and friendly way of handling their customers .
