I scheduled my appointment online and the appointment I needed was available. I arrived on time and they were ready for me. I was transported to my next appointment in a timely fashion. I was picked up from that appointment promptly. I had set a time when I needed to leave the dealership and they had the van ready to go. On their inspection they found a couple more things that needed to be done. Of course they were things I wouldn't have been able to check so had that service done also. They did a great job.
