I am 63 years old and have always maintained my cars myself. Coggin had a deal for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation and car wash for $49.95. I decided to do it made an appointment online and prepared myself for a time consuming aggravating process. I was surprised to have the process go smooth, took only 80 minutes from in until out and then got some good news. Our service writer, Jimmy, discovered we had not used the free oil change that came when we bought the car. After he applied that our bill was only $23.

Had a short time notice that I called into Service advisor Angela Hires regarding a failing battery on my 2014 Honda Crosstour. She arrange an early appointment for the next morning to check and replace said battery if required. I arrived early the next morning and was quickly checked in by Angela and after a fairly short time the battery was replaced and the car washed. Thank you Coggin and thanks to Anela .

I had been shopping online for a CR-V. I found several, and checked out a few places. One of the places actually had one a little cheaper, but it was the customer service that won my business. Matt was great! He was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. If it wasn't for him, I would have bought a cheaper one somewhere else.

Staff is very friendly. Clean, comfortable waiting room with snacks and water. Vending machines available also. Small kids play area. They never try to oversell or push any services on you that you don’t need.

We usually take a few months shopping for vehicles, but we received a quick response from Daniel with a list of odysseys we might be interested in. We went in the next day, but Daniel was not in but Albennes quickly worked with us and we purchased a vehicle that day. Very friendly and patient service.
