The service was exceptional and the battery was changed. The service at Coggins Honda has been excellent all the time.

I came in and was greeted by a very friendly woman who entered my info into the computer as the man assigned was not available. I had made the appointment online for an oil change/tire rotation and balance new year’s special. My car didn’t need the tire rotation so I only needed an oil change. I waited. Almost an hour and a half. On checkout I was told I owed the full amount. I explained that I had made the appointment online and there was a new year’s special. He adjusted it but explained they didn’t know I’d made the appointment online. The only real complaint I have is the wait. If an oil change business can do it in less than 20 minutes so should a dealership.

My service advisor was Angela and she was great getting the maintenance I needed on my car. She also kept me up to date on the progress over a 2 hour job.

I had a great salesman (Josh) and i will truly send him more business, thanks too josh and the finance manager i love my car!😚😚
