Our daughter drove up from Orlando on Christmas Eve and needed follow-up to earlier work done here. They got her car in, checked everything out, replaced a part under their warranty and had her on her way well ahead of the evening events. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Definitely will continue to have our service work done at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine.

Sales & service went above & beyond my expectations!!!!

Chhivan was awesome at getting me in and out in a reasonable time. He stressed the importance of any recommended added service, but I did not feel pressured to spend more money. He made sure I took advantage of any deal or special before cashing me out. The amenities while waiting, especially with a two year old, are wonderful. One employee even steered me away from spending money in a snack machine to show me where complimentary snacks were. Overall, I cannot think of one complaint.

Joe was particularly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Enjoyed a couple Christmas movies and a couple snacks. Time went by fast and my car was well taken care of. We drive a further distance to have our cars serviced at St. Augustine Honda
