I left my van overnight for this appointment and the service and pick up were smooth. They notified me before service started that they did not have the necessary parts in stock for a latch recall, so I wasn’t surprised at pick up.

It was a good experience this time around with the rep. He was very helpful and got me a great price on services. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars, is being the length of time I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, which ended up being just over 2 hours
