I was extremely pleased with my recent experience with Coggin Honda St. Augustine . James was able to find exactly what I wanted with options I had not expected but so very happy to have such great safety features. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional.

I am a repeat customer at Coggin,and once again I'm completely satisfied with my experience.I make sure to contact my salesperson JC prior to my visit,as he is the person I deal with.I do my due diligence before as to specs,and priceing,and whatever information I don't have been explained to my satisfaction.On the test driveI'm given ample time to test the vechicle as well as usefull information about it's operation that I was unaware of.The price negotiations are reasonable,and the information I signed off (financing,title transfers,etc) were explained to my satisfaction.My vehicle was set up and delivered as promised.I've recommened several people to ths dealership,and JC specifically,and they reported similar experiences.

It was a last minute need. I got a flat. Customer service was excellent. My service person listened to my problem and helped to solve it. He was kind and courteous. He explained that they also checked under the hood and made suggestions on what I could also do to make my car run better. I would recommend Coggin Honda to anyone in St. Augustine who has a Honda in need of service.

Service department is great I made an appointment to have the oil changed. I was in and out in only one hour!! Everyone at Coggin is friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they have. I'll definitely be going back to buy my next car.
