While I am happy with the oil change & car wash, ( I love the car wash!), I am a little disappointed with the fact that an item that should have been taken care of was not. When I got home after my scheduled appointment, I took time to review my service receipt. It was then that I saw that the Engine Air Filter was noted in red that is "requires immediate attention" and should have been replaced at that visit. The service rep did tell that on my next visit it was recommended that my wipers, engine filter & cabin air filter be replaced. I then asked to have new wipers put on that day and explained that I would be doing a lot of traveling over the holidays & didn't want to have any problems. If I had known that the air filter was to be done right away, I would have requested that to be done as well. I guess what I am saying is that I am surprised that someone did not come & tell me before the car was out of the service bay that I needed these few items. I would have gladly had the filters done and felt better knowing that my car was all taken care of for my holiday traveling.
