Quick service for how busy it was

I immediately felt welcomed when I first entered the building. Someone greeted me and asked the reason for my visit. I was seated for a short time when a sales person approached me and brought me to his station. During the entire process, at no time did I feel pressured. Sales person especially listened to me. Overall, everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and professionalism. Hopefully, my experience with service department will be as painless!

As always the staff was very helpful and very professional to deal with. I felt well taken care of. My car was happy too! I prefer to deal with Chhivon Vey because he always helped me with my first Honda Accord and was always a real gentleman who is very knowledgeable. I feel safe in is hands. I believe that he would not have me make unnecessary maintenance to my car.

Always pleasant experience with Coggin Honda in St. Augustine. Service is excellent, personalities are helpful and cheerful. Waiting area is so comfortable and clean, I never mind waiting and look forward to my “alone” time to read, study, crochet, etc. Almost don’t want to leave.

It seems as with each subsequent visit over the past year that the service is more lack. Example: initial visits was always so warm and welcoming and everyone went above and beyond - car wash and reapplying crystal fusion always included a light vacuuming of the interior (front) interior windshield cleaning and tire dressing. For the last two - three visit something has been left out --- once no vacuuming, couple of times no interior windshield wash and this last time now tire dressing. Twice I've left without receiving my copy of the service ticket and when I've called and requested a copy be sent by email, it's taken more than one call.
