The service we received on November 10th was excellent. This was an unscheduled appointment with our CRV having to be towed into the shop. It being Saturday, we were quite pleased that our long time service advisor, Chhivon Vey, was there to assist us. As usual, he handled matters splendidly and got us back on the road in record time. Our technician, William Claybaugh, diagnosed and corrected the problem much quicker than we ever expected. Our thanks go to both these outstanding employees.
