The customer service representative/technician? person who checked my car in for service was excellent. I have come to learn to ask for her each time I bring the car in for service. I trust her responses to my questions and feel that she looks after my needs. I am a senior citizen, living alone on a fixed income and she works with me to get what needs to be done for the car at the same time working with what I can afford to do.

As always, Coggin Honda service representatives provided the best service both professionally and personally. I always feel I am treated like family and not just a customer.
