It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. They did what I asked and did not try to sell me extra which I appreciate.

Joe was my service tech and was very professional, explained all repairs to me and future replacement items required. As a mechanic, he wouldn’t give up on trying to find the source of my squeaky brake pedal. He even worked past his shift. He is a dedicated employee - and thats hard to find these days.

I was first met by a very polite and professional young lady, I think her name was Angie. She checked me in then handed me off to Chhivon, who finished up in his normal pleasant, professional way of doing things. Always a pleasant experience there.

I went in with nail in my tire. I got a quick appointment. They found I also had a screw in another tire. I appreciate that they do a thorough inspection. Angela Ires was great!
