Great experience, my sales rep Deb Henson was very charismatic, caring of my time, informative of the vehicle I purchased, and understanding of my wait for financing. I got the car I wanted for the price I needed. BJ Brooks was also very cordial and explained all of my maintenance and financing options. Also, my sales manager, the very nice woman who appraised my car. Truly the best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. I would like to thank the entire staff for making my experience special with the least amount of aggravation possible that can come from buying a car anywhere else. Can’t Thank You enough!

Overall good experience. There was a miscommunication with the time needed to complete the transaction that necessitated a second visit as we were time limited during the first. It would be nice if there could be additional streamlining of the purchase process. Despite providing our information and coming to a satisfactory agreement on the numbers prior to physically appearing at the store, there was an extended wait, seeming to be centered on the DMV portion of the process, the delay of which was the result of our needing to return at a later time.
