I had to keep asking for my discount and one of my concerns wasn’t addressed by the technician but what I actually came in for was taken care of.

Everything was great. However, I do resent the corersion regarding the service personnel guilt tripping me into saying he needs me to give a high rating or he’ll lose his job. In my book this is a poor business practice by management. It totally destroys the purpose of a survey.

Was looking/researching new cars for a while. I had a first gen Honda Ridgeline and really liked it for many reasons. It was very comfortable, had tons of storage and Hondas are great cars. Went to Coggin because my sister bought a car there and highly recommended the dealership. Arrived at the dealership and bumped into Deb Henson who was with us every step of the way for the rest of the day. We looked at a couple of different Ridgelines and took one out for a drive, the one I eventually purchased. Deb was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. We kept going back and forth, as you do when purchasing a new car and Deb didn't hesitate to go speak with the rest of her team about getting the best deal for me. Thats when Big Al came into the picture. He explained what he could or could not do and it all made perfect sense because he explained it so clearly, and he comes off as a really genuine, kindhearted person. A really good guy. As they all are ay Coggin. The general manager even came around and introduced himself and we started talking about Colorado and skiing. The entire experience at Coggin was positive and, for the most part pleasurable. The only complaint I have, and it really isn't a complaint is we were there for 5-6 hours, which when buying a new car, you expect to be there for a few hours, but this was a little too long. In my opinion, Coggin Honda of St. Augustine wants your business, but they want it the right way. It is a friendly, energetic and most importantly, a no pressure dealership. I highly recommend Coggin of St. Augustine.

Eveen though it was an expensive service (switch assembly for front driver's side window), it was done quickly and professionally. Kerri, once again, did an an excellent job as my Service Rep. The only negative was that Jack Woods (Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator) looked at my vehicle for a possible trade in, gave me a figure ($8500-$9000) in person and said he would send me the trade-in value via email. I never received it....as of yet...and emailed him twice about it. Was there a problem??
